Visual Artists of Gananoque and Area (Vaga)
VAGA was established in June 1993 as a direct off-shoot of the Festival of the Islands. We are a group of artists and art lovers, with an annually elected executive and monthly meetings. Our co-op gallery was Established in 1993 and boasts several thousand visitors each year. Up to 30 artists display their original works in many mediums.
VAGA Gallery features original art in watercolour, oil, pastel, acrylic, collage, encaustic, pen and ink, graphite, sculptures, original art greeting cards, by Canadian artists residing in the 1000 Islands region of Eastern Ontario. We would be delighted to welcome you to our gallery.
